"goods" means the articles supplied and displayed for sale on the website

"delivery" means the delivery of any goods

"buyer" refers to you the customer placing an order

Material on this website is protected by copyright which is owned by The Druid’s Workshop. Users may view, print and download the contents for personal use only; the contents must not be used for commercial purposes or incorporated in any publication in any form.

GENERAL CONDITIONS APPLICABLE
All orders for Goods shall be subject to these Conditions. Any variation of these Conditions shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by The Druid’s Workshop

PAYMENT
Payment of the price of an order must be received by The Druid’s Workshop and cleared before the buyer’s goods are dispatched.

Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card, and will be debited and cleared from your account before the despatch of your Goods. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Payment may also be made by Cheque, Money Order, or Draft. In all cases the amount must be paid in Euro and made payable to The Druid’s Workshop. The ordered goods will be dispatched as soon as the payment is cleared.

QUANTITY AND DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES AND GOODS
The quantity and description of the Goods shall be as set out in The Druid’s Workshop website.

WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES
The Druid’s Workshop warrants that Services and Goods will at the time of Delivery correspond to the description given by The Druid’s Workshop.

DELIVERY OF GOODS
Goods will generally be despatched within 72 hours and often on the day of placing the order.

The method and address for delivery shall be as specified in the Buyer’s order.

Risk of damage or loss of the goods shall pass to the Buyer on delivery.

RETURNS
In the event that your order is incorrectly shipped or found to be damaged or defective, we shall give a full refund or replacement. Returns should be made within 14 days of the date of the invoice and sent back to us at The Druid’s Workshop, Elmtree House, Crohane, Fossa, KILLARNEY, County Kerry, Ireland, including a copy of the original invoice.

Provided you keep your receipt, and the goods are unopened and it is within 6 weeks of the purchase date, you may exchange these goods or get a credit/debit card/cheque refund, depending on the method of your payment.

In the event that you dislike or experience a reaction to one of our products, contact our mail order or customer service departments at the e-mail address shown above or by post at the address shown above. We draw the buyer’s attention to the fact that a number of The Druid’s Workshop products are marked with a “Do not take internally” warning. The Druid’s Workshop will not be held responsible in any way for any ill effects produced by the consumption or miss-use of these or any other Druid’s Workshop products.

SECURITY
Credit card details are transferred to our mail order department in an encrypted format and payments are processed through a normal PDQ system. We do not store account numbers and your encrypted web site order is held for only a limited period.

We will only retain your address details if you indicate your desire to be included in our database and allocated a customer number. We will only share the information collected by the order form with any like minded outside group or organisation with your express permission.
